At Team My Own Songs, we currently offer personalized digital songs. Our products are delivered electronically, so no physical shipping applies to our songs.
Digital Products
Our personalized songs are digital products and are delivered online.
After successful payment and completion of your order details, your song will be created and delivered digitally. Delivery may take place through a download link, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method.
The estimated delivery time depends on the delivery option selected at checkout, such as standard delivery or Fast Delivery.
Fast Delivery
If you choose Fast Delivery, we begin the creative and production process immediately after payment so we can deliver your song as quickly as possible.
Because Fast Delivery is a digital expedited service, no physical shipping applies.
No Physical Shipping
Our personalized songs are not shipped as physical products.
You will not receive a physical CD, USB drive, printed product, or other physical item unless this is clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery Issues
If you have not received your song, download link, or delivery email within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@myownsongs.com.
Please also check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, as delivery emails may sometimes be filtered by your email provider.
Incorrect Email Address or Order Information
The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and accurate order information.
Team My Own Songs is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect email address, incomplete order details, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
If you notice that you entered incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at info@myownsongs.com.
Future Physical Products
We may offer physical personalized products in the future. If physical products become available, the applicable shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and shipping conditions will be shown on the product page or during checkout.
For international physical orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, unless stated otherwise.
