Video Upload Policy

By uploading your reaction video, you agree to this Video Upload Policy.

Who Can Upload

This campaign is only for customers who have ordered a song from MyOwnSongs. The reaction video must be a genuine reaction to a song created by MyOwnSongs.

Please use the same email address you used when placing your order, so we can verify your purchase.

Video Requirements

Your video must be a real reaction video. Videos that do not include the MyOwnSongs track, use a different song, include music added afterwards, or are not related to your MyOwnSongs order may be rejected.

We recommend uploading your video in at least 720p quality.

How Your Video May Be Used

By uploading your video, you give MyOwnSongs permission to review, edit, publish, repost, and use your video for marketing purposes.

This may include, but is not limited to, posting the video on our social media accounts, using it in organic content, and using it in paid advertising such as Meta ads.

You do not need to post the video yourself. If we decide to use your video, we will post it from a MyOwnSongs account.

Rewards

After uploading a valid reaction video, you may receive a one-time 50% discount coupon for your next MyOwnSongs order.

If your video is posted by MyOwnSongs, likes will be counted for 30 days from the moment the video is published.

Reward levels:

100+ likes: €50 MyOwnSongs gift card
500+ likes: €100 MyOwnSongs gift card
1,500+ likes: €150 MyOwnSongs gift card
3,000+ likes: €300 MyOwnSongs gift card

Rewards are based on the number of likes received on the video posted by MyOwnSongs during the 30-day period.

Selection And Approval

Uploading a video does not guarantee that your video will be posted or used.

MyOwnSongs decides which videos are selected, posted, approved, rejected, edited, or used in marketing. We may reject a video if it does not meet the requirements, if the order cannot be verified, or if the content is not suitable for publication.

Gift Cards And Coupons

Coupons and gift cards are issued manually after review. The 50% discount coupon is one-time use only.

Gift cards and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold, or combined with other offers unless we state otherwise.

Rights And Permission

By uploading your video, you confirm that you have the right to share the video with us and give us permission to use it.

If other people appear in your video, you confirm that they have also given permission for the video to be shared and used by MyOwnSongs.

You remain responsible for the content of the video you upload.
