1. Digital Product & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service—which involves processing personalized data to generate a custom, one-of-a-kind digital audio file—all sales are final.

  • Once a custom song has been generated and/or purchased, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • Please ensure all lyrics, styles, and prompt details are correct before finalizing your order.

2. AI Generation Disclaimer

  • AI Nature: Our songs are generated using advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI). While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may sometimes contain slight vocal artifacts, mispronunciations, or musical imperfections.
  • Creative Variance: The AI interprets prompts creatively. We do not guarantee that the final song will match the exact melody, tone, or structure you imagined in your head, but it will adhere to the provided style and lyrics as closely as the technology allows.

3. User Content & Lyrics Guidelines

When using our Custom Song Builder, you agree NOT to submit prompts or lyrics that contain:

  • Hate speech, discriminatory language, or harassment.
  • Explicit, highly offensive, or illegal content.
  • Copyrighted Material: You must not submit lyrics belonging to existing artists or copyrighted songs unless you own the rights to them.

We reserve the right to block your account or reject requests that violate these guidelines without refund.

4. Copyright & Ownership

  • Personal Use: Unless stated otherwise in a specific commercial package, the songs generated are for your personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing with friends, personal social media).
  • Commercial Rights: If you intend to use the generated music for commercial purposes (e.g., monetization on YouTube, Spotify, or business ads), please ensure you have purchased the appropriate commercial rights tier.

5. Security & Fair Use

  • You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized tools to bypass our security or to bulk-generate songs.
  • Any attempt to abuse the API, spam the service, or bypass our daily generation limits will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account and IP address.

6. Service Availability

We rely on third-party AI APIs to generate music. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. In the event of an API outage, generation times may be delayed.

By ticking the "I agree to the terms and conditions" box during the song generation process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these policies.
